Our Mission

We aim to educate and inspire a deeper appreciation for Highland heritage and to actively support businesses and organizations in Scotland’s Highland region.

Who we are

At American Friends of Highland Culture, we are dedicated to sharing the rich history, traditions, and cultural heritage of the Scottish Highlands with audiences across the United States.

Through cultural events and partnerships we bring the essence of Highland life to communities in the U.S., fostering a deeper connection to the Scottish Highlands. Whether through programs in America or by contributing to educational efforts in the Highlands, our goal is to make Scottish heritage more accessible and engaging for all.

Beyond education, we are committed to strengthening ties between Scotland and the U.S. by partnering with Highland-based businesses and organizations. Through sustainable collaborations, we not only deepen understanding of Scottish history but also create meaningful opportunities that benefit the communities we support.

We believe cultural exchange is a powerful way to build bridges between nations. Whether you're exploring your Scottish roots, discovering Highland traditions, or supporting businesses in the region, we invite you to join us in celebrating and preserving the enduring spirit of Scotland.
